Anesthesia has a significant place in both traditional and modern medicine. Anesthesia is used in the treatment of many diseases and in all kinds of surgical interventions. It is defined as the temporary loss of the senses and some reflexes along with the loss of consciousness without any change in vital functions.
Türkiye Hospital Anesthesia and Reanimation Unit provides services in our hospital, where all types of surgery can be performed, operating rooms with advanced technology that provide patient safety during anesthesia and technical equipment in accordance with the standards.
All modern anesthesia methods including sedation anesthesia, general anesthesia, regional anesthesia and monitoring anesthesia are applied at Türkiye Hospital.
Anesthesiologists play an active role in determining the patient's pre-operative medication therapy with their pre-operative evaluation, anesthesia during the operation, and post- operative pain treatments.
Thanks to the medications used by modern anesthesia in general anesthesia applications, some of the patients can be discharged on the day of the operation or even 1-2 hours after the operation.
All regional anesthesia methods such as combined spinal –epidural anesthesia, combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, axillary and block can be applied in Türkiye Hospital.
