He received his residency in 1997. He has been working in the Eye Clinic of Turkey Hospital since 1997. He has been an active member of the Turkish Ophthalmological Society and its Cataract and Refractive Surgery Unit since 2004.

His specialty thesis is “The Study of Changes in Corneal Topography after Strabismus Surgeries”. There are nearly 50 works published and presented in international and domestic journals, congresses and programs.
